The food was good, however the breakfast buffet had limited options. This resulted in us buying breakfast elsewhere for the majority of the holiday which was disappointing as we had already paid for it before our arrival. Apart from that we are glad we decided to stay in this hotel despite all the bad reviews. The hotel had all we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay, the room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced with fresh ones. The hotel is within walking distance of the main strip, bars, restaurants and the beach.

Great location! Good value for money! Rooms were super comfortable and spotless! Beds were brilliant and comfortable! Loved the fresh towels everyday! Staff are super friendly and helpful! Check in was so quick and they allowed us to check in early as our room was available! I requested to have a fan in the room and this was given promptly! Air con was also fantastic! We all loved our Stay! We would have no hesitation to stay again! See you soon!

Great location-5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the promenade, quiet street with many supermarkets on, friendly staff,every day changing towels and cleaning room.

Smaller number of rooms in the hotel compared to basically all the surrounding hotels which was great, it felt much more intimate, and meant that there was plenty of space available at the pool pretty much anytime we wanted to visit. The room itself was bigger than I expected and very clean with cleaning everyday if you wanted. The location is also great, almost at the end of the strip so you’re super close to walk, but also far enough away that the noise isn’t overly loud. Also really close to two beaches, with another one also a longer walk away.

The hotel was good value for money, we only stayed 2 nights, and dident need to use the facilities. But the beds and bedrroom was very comfotable and spacious ( a priority for me).. Area not very nice, breakfast normal, and as a bad sleeper, I was worried about the bad reviews, but absolutely no noise I slept like a log, and the door to the bedroom is perfect closes perfectly. I think people who write bad reviews are a bore, they need to pick a hotel for their needs, it's was everything I needed and we parked in the area quite easily, so no need to use the parking of the hotel. If I were coming with family and children I woul obviously choose somewhere else. It's our mistake if we don't choose correctly.

Absolutely nice place, close to capelans beach, room was very clean, nice food with a big menu. Staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions. Is the third time I stay at this hotel🥰 I can't recommend it enough to people who want to visit wanderful Salou city!

amazing staff, even though there was a language barrier they tried so hard to help us out with everything. amazing location and value for money was incredible. lovely sized pool shallow and deep so for all abilities

Lovely location. Small beach up behind,2 minute walk. Big beach 5 mins down the road. Great location, great staff, great WiFi. The main strip is a 2 minute walk. Right in the middle of everything really. Id stay again no problem if I went back to salou

The rooms was absolutely spotless , very modern and if you book a family room you have privacy from other guest in the party with sliding doors making the room private from other guests in the party

Extremely clean, staff are so helpful, pool was fabulous and restaurant/cafe amazing also. Location is great, 10 min walk from main strip, safe area and plenty of close options for food activities etc. Bus stop around the corner for Taragonna, small beach at the top of street, supermarket the across road, so location is great.
